THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE

Our sofas and chairs are meant to be sat upon. A chair can seat 1 person, a loveseat can seat 2 people, etc. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by excessive weight. The furnishings may not be stood upon or jumped on. The back rest and armrests are not meant to be sat upon. The furnishings must always be kept in normal room temperature. Moisture or cold temperatures can damage the product. Always lift the furniture from under its frame, not by the armrests or upholstery. Move furniture by lifting it, not by pushing it across the floor. Damage acquired during transportation is not covered under this guarantee. The 20-year frame guarantee only covers the wooden frame, and not any upholstery, padding, stitching, bed mechanisms, or metal frames and rocking chair mechanisms. The other parts of the furnishings (padding, stitching, surface materials, etc.) are given a 1-year guarantee.

NOTE! The guarantee is personal and non-transferable. The guarantee expires when the owner of the product changes. The original warranty slip or purchase receipt must be presented when any possible damage has occurred.
